1. እንታይ ኢና እንእክብ
ኣብ መመርመሪ ምልክታት እትጽሕፍዎ ሕቶታት ጥዕና፣ ሕጋዊ መጠንቀቕታ ምቕባልኩም ዝምዝግብ መዝገብ (ምስ IP ኣድራሻ)፣ ከምኡውን ንኣቆጻጽራ ነጻ ሕቶታትን ናይ Premium ኣባልነትን ዘገልግሉ ኩኪታት (cookies)።
1. What we collect
Health questions you type into the AI symptom checker; a record of your acceptance of the legal disclaimer (with IP address); and cookies used to count free questions and manage Premium access.
2. ከመይ ንጥቀመሉ
ሕቶታትኩም መልሲ ንምሃብ ጥራይ ናብ ኣገልግሎት AI (Anthropic Claude) ይለኣኹ። ንመወዓውዒ ኣይንጥቀመሎምን፣ ንሳልሳይ ኣካል ኣይንሸጦምን። መዝገብ ሕጋዊ ምቕባል ንሕጋዊ ዕላማ ጥራይ ይተሓዝ።
2. How we use it
Your questions are sent to the AI service (Anthropic Claude) solely to generate a reply. We do not use them for advertising and never sell them to third parties. Consent records are kept for legal purposes only.
3. ክፍሊታት
ኣብ ወብሳይት ክፍሊታት ብ Stripe ይፍጸሙ፤ ኣብ ናይ Android መተግበሪ ድማ ናይ Premium ኣባልነት ብ Google Play Billing ይፍጸም። ቁጽሪ ካርድኹም ወይ ናይ ባንክ ሓበሬታኹም ኣብ ሰርቨርና ፈጺሙ ኣይሕዝን — ብቐጥታ ናብ Stripe ወይ Google እዩ ዝኸይድ።
3. Payments
On the website, payments are processed by Stripe. In the Android app, Premium subscriptions are processed by Google Play Billing. Your card or bank details never touch our servers — they go directly to Stripe or Google.
4. ናይ ቆጸራ ሕቶታት
ቆጸራ ክትሕዙ ከለኹም ዝጽሓፍኩምዎ ስም፡ ቁጽሪ ተሌፎን፡ ኢመይልን ናይ ጥዕና ጸገምኩምን ኣብ ዳታቤዝና ተዓቂቡ ናብ ዶ/ር ኣማኑኤል በርሀ ወልደሚካኤል ብኢመይል ይለኣኽ። እዚ ዝኸውን ብንጹር ፍቓድኩም ጥራይ እዩ። ንኻልእ ሳልሳይ ኣካል ኣይመሓላለፍን፤ ንመወዓውዒ ኣይጥቀምን።
4. Appointment requests
When you book an appointment, the name, phone, email and health complaint you enter are stored in our database and emailed to Dr. Amanuel Berhe Woldemichael. This happens only with your explicit consent. Note that ordinary email is not end-to-end encrypted; only submit what you are comfortable sending this way. Nothing is shared with any other third party or used for advertising.
5. ኩኪታት
ንኣሰራርሓ ኣገልግሎትና ኣድለይቲ ዝኾኑ ኩኪታት ጥራይ ንጥቀም፡ ቁጽሪ ነጻ ሕቶታት ንምቝጻርን ናይ Premium ኣባልነት ንምርግጋጽን። ናይ መወዓውዒ ወይ ናይ ምክትታል ኩኪታት የለዉን።
5. Cookies
We use only cookies that are essential for the service to work: counting free questions and verifying Premium access. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
6. ሓለዋ ሓበሬታ
ኩሉ ርክብ ብ HTTPS ዝተመስጠረ እዩ። ሓበሬታ ኣብ ውሑሳት ኣገልግሎታት (Vercel, Supabase, Anthropic, Stripe) ይተሓዝ። ሕቶታት ጥዕናኹም ምስ መንነትኩም ኣይተኣሳሰሩን።
6. Data protection
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Data is held by reputable providers (Vercel, Supabase, Anthropic, Stripe). Your health questions are not linked to your identity — the portal has no user accounts.
7. ምዕቃብን ምድምሳስን ሓበሬታ
ናይ ሕጋዊ ምቕባል መዝገብ ንሕጋዊ ዕላማ ክሳብ 5 ዓመት ይተሓዝ። ናይ ኣቆጻጽራ ኩኪታት ድሕሪ 30 መዓልታት ባዕሎም የብቅዑ። ሕቶታት ጥዕና ምስ መንነትኩም ኣይተኣሳሰሩን። ናይ ቆጸራ ሓበሬታ ምድምሳስ ክትጠልቡ ትኽእሉ፦ ናብ emaber.ab@gmail.com ጸሓፉ እሞ ኣብ ውሽጢ 30 መዓልታት ንፍጽሞ። ናይ ጥዕና መዘክርኩም ኣብ መሳርሒኹም ጥራይ ይዕቀብ፤ ባዕልኹም ኣብ ውሽጢ መተግበሪ ኣብ ዝደለኹምዎ ግዜ ክትድምስስዎ ትኽእሉ።
7. Data retention and deletion
Disclaimer-consent records are retained for up to 5 years for legal purposes. Counting cookies expire automatically after 30 days. Health questions are not linked to your identity. You can request deletion of appointment data at any time by emailing emaber.ab@gmail.com; we complete deletion within 30 days. Your health journal is stored only on your own device and can be deleted by you at any time inside the app.
8. ቆልዑ
እዚ ኣገልግሎት ንዓበይቲ (18 ዓመትን ልዕሊኡን) እዩ። ንቆልዑ ኣይኮነን፤ ካብ ቆልዑ ፈሊጥና ሓበሬታ ኣይንእክብን።
8. Children
This service is intended for adults (18 and over). It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. መሰላትኩም
ብዛዕባ መኽዘንኩም ሕቶ እንተሃልዩኩም፡ ሓበሬታ ክትሓቱ፡ ምእራም ወይ ምድምሳስ ክትጠልቡ መሰል ኣለኩም። በቲ ኣብ ታሕቲ ዘሎ ኣድራሻ ተወከሱና።
9. Your rights
You may request information about, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time using the contact below.
10. ሕክምናዊ መጠንቀቕታ
እዚ ኣገልግሎት ንትምህርታዊ ዕላማ ጥራይ እዩ፤ ሕክምናዊ ምርመራ ወይ ፍወሳ ኣይትክእን። ህጹጽ ኩነታት እንተሃልዩ ናይ ሃገርኩም ቁጽሪ ህጹጽ ረድኤት ደውሉ።
10. Medical notice
This service is for education only; it is not a medical diagnosis or treatment. In an emergency, call your own country's emergency number immediately; the app lists them per country.
